Abstract:

Presenteeism behavior occurs frequently in nursing groups with a wide and negative impact on nurses,patients and organizations. This paper reviews the concept,current situation,theoretical models,measurement tools and influencing factors of presenteeism behavior of nurses,and on the basis of this,further explores interventions to reduce nurses’ presenteeism behavior,in order to attract the attention of nursing managers to presenteeism behavior for nurses and to provide a reference basis for the research on presenteeism behavior of nurses in China.

摘要:

出勤主义行为高发于护理群体,并对护士自身、患者及组织产生广泛的负面影响。该研究对护士出勤主义行为的概念、现状、理论模型和框架、测量工具及影响因素等进行综述,并在此基础上进一步探讨了降低护士出勤主义行为的措施,旨在引起护理管理者对护士出勤主义行为的重视,为国内开展护士出勤主义行为研究提供参考。
