摘要:
早产儿神经系统发育不成熟,感官刺激是早产儿早期发育支持的方式之一,主要包括视觉、触觉、嗅觉、听觉及前庭刺激。该文对早产儿神经发育的特点、早产儿神经发育的影响因素、感官刺激方法及其对早产儿神经发育的影响等进行综述,并提出实践建议,旨在为医护人员开展感官刺激、改善早产儿神经发育提供参考。
