摘要:
目的 系统评价和整合康复期脑卒中失语症患者疾病体验及需求的质性研究,为制订以脑卒中失语症患者需求为导向的康复护理策略提供参考。 方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库中关于康复期脑卒中失语症患者疾病体验及需求的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年5月。采用2016版澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量,用汇集性整合法进行结果整合。 结果 共纳入18篇文献,提炼出1个理论模型和70个主题,归纳形成7个类别,合并为3个整合结果:脑卒中失语症是创伤性生活事件;脑卒中失语症患者积极重建生活;康复过程中脑卒中失语症患者的需求。 结论 康复期脑卒中失语症患者面临生活困境,医护人员应助力患者社会融合,提高患者自我管理水平,满足患者多维度、多样化的康复需求,构建以脑卒中失语症患者需求为导向的个体化康复管理方案。
