摘要:
目的 检索、评价、汇总妇科恶性肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏中医非药物护理干预的最佳证据,为开展临床实践提供理论依据。方法 按照“6S”证据模型自上而下的原则,检索国内外数据库、指南网站及专业学会网站中关于妇科恶性肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏中医非药物护理干预的相关证据,包括系统评价、指南、证据总结、Meta分析、临床决策、专家共识等,检索时限为建库至2022年12月。由2名课题组研究者对纳入的文献进行质量评价,对符合标准的文献进行资料提取与证据汇总。结果 共纳入18篇文献,其中Meta分析13篇、证据总结1篇、指南3篇、专家共识1篇,从艾灸疗法、穴位按摩疗法、音乐疗法、中医导引术、耳穴疗法5个方面总结27条最佳证据。结论 该研究总结了妇科恶性肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏中医非药物护理干预的最佳证据,临床医护人员可结合患者需求及意愿,充分考虑临床情境,优化妇科恶性肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏护理干预措施。
