摘要:

总结1例原发性高草酸盐尿症患者行肝肾联合移植术后精准液体管理的护理经验,护理要点如下:设定液体平衡目标和容量安全值;准确记录患者出入量,有效管理液体输入速度;动态监测各项指标,为液体管理提供依据。通过10 d的治疗和精心护理,患者顺利转至普通病房,第21天康复出院。

Abstract:

To summarize the precise fluid management and nursing experience of a primary hyperoxaluria patient received combined liver and kidney transplantation. Nursing highlights:The goal of fluid balance and capacity safety value were set. Hourly input and output were accurately recorded,and the rate of patient inflow and outflow was managed effectively. Various indicators were dynamically monitored to provide a basis for fluid management. After 10 days’ careful treatment and care,the patient was discharged to the general ward and was discharged after 21 days.
