Objective To evaluate the quality of family resilience assessment tools for cancer patients, so as to provide references for the selection of high-quality research tools. Methods We searched databases including PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase, PsycINFO, CINAHL, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP to collect all studies about assessment tools that measure cancer patients’ family resilience. Based on the consensus-based standards for the selection of health measurement instruments(COSMIN) guideline, the methodological and measure-ment properties quality of the included assessment tools were evaluated by the COSMIN risk of bias checklist and quality criteria, and the modified grading of recommendations assessment, development of evaluation(GRADE) was used to classify the grade of evidence and recommendations of the tools. Results None of the 10 assessment tools reported criterion validity, measurement error or responsiveness. The GRADE of Family Resilience Assessment(FRA) and Family Resilience Questionnaire(FaREQ) were high. The recommendation level of Family Resilience Assessment Scale(FRAS), FRA and FaREQ were A, and the others were B. Conclusion FRAS and Chinese version of Family Resilience Assessment Scale(C-FRAS) translated by Fan are the most widely used family resilience assessment tools for cancer patients at home and abroad. FRAS, FRA and FaREQ have good methodological quality, measurement properties quality and evidence level, so they are recommended for use in cancer patients.
This paper summarized the postoperative nursing of 3 children with long-gap esophageal atresia undergoing gastrostomy. Key points of care include:continuous low negative pressure suction of proximal esophagus to prevent aspiration pneumonia;good care of diet perfusion, the skin around gastrostomy and the tube;psychological nursing for parents. After careful treatment and care,3 children were successfully treated with delayed esophageal end-to-end anastomosis 4 to 7 months after birth.
Objective To analyze and evaluate the experience of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods We searched databases including PubMed,Web of science,Ovid,Embase,CINAHL,PsycINFO,Cochrane Library,CNKI,SinoMed,WangFang and Vip,from their inception to June 19th 2021,to collect qualitative studies on CHF patients’ experience of physical activities. The quality of included studies was evaluated according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia. The results were integrated by integrating methods. Results A total of 11 studies were included. 36 complete findings were grouped according to similarities to form 10 new categories. These categories resulted in 3 synthesized findings. First, the physical activity of patients with CHF were influenced by hindering and facilitating factors. Second, the physical activity brought positive and negative experience to patients with CHF. Third, strategies to improve the compliance of the physical activity in chronic heart failure patients. Conclusion The physical activity was an effective supplementary treatment for patients with CHF. Nurses should mobilize multi-channel support to overcome physical activity obstacles;pay attention to patient experience in order to provide personalized rehabilitation;provide professional physical activity habit formation interventions and improve the compliance of long-term rehabilitation.
