Abstract:

Objective To understand the maternal experience of Early Essential Newborn Care （EENC） in order to provide theoretical basis for the effective development of EENC technology. Methods A qualitative research method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 12 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria on their EENC experience. Colaizzi’s phenomenological data 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the data. Results Four themes of maternal experience of early essential health care for newborns were extracted：understanding of social support,overwhelming love and responsibility,calm and worrying heart and the family contradiction and doctor-patient contradiction. Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to maternal EENC perception,strengthen the publicity of EENC knowledge,expand the publicity group,consolidate the professional foundation of medical staff,strengthen effective communication,give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese nursing,and reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients.

摘要：

目的 了解产妇对新生儿早期基本保健的体验,为促进国内新生儿早期基本保健技术的有效开展提供理论依据。方法 采用质性研究法,对符合纳入标准的12名产妇对新生儿进行早期基本保健的体验进行半结构化访谈,采用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析、总结、归纳。结果 提炼出产妇对新生儿早期基本保健体验感受的4个主题：领悟社会支持感、压倒一切的爱与责任、平静而担忧的内心、新生家庭矛盾和医患矛盾。 结论 需重视产妇对新生儿早期基本保健的感受,加强相关知识的宣传、扩宽宣传群体,夯实医护人员专业基础、加强有效沟通,充分发挥中医护理的优势,减少医患矛盾。
