手术室护士间团结度对其工作满意度的影响研究

  

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of colleague solidarity on job satisfaction among operating room nurses. Methods A total of 268 operating room nurses were recruited from 3 tertiary hospitals in Wenzhou by convenience sampling method, and were investigated with Colleague Solidarity of Nurses’ Scale and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire. The relationship between colleague solidarity of nurses and job satisfaction was analyzed. Results The total score of job satisfaction among operating room nurses was (56.0±14.0). There were significant positive correlations between score of colleague solidarity of operating room nurses and score of job satisfaction. Regression analysis showed that the factor scores of colleague solidarity of nurses such as emotional solidarity and academic solidarity could independently explain 30.1% of the variance for job satisfaction after controlling demographic variables. Conclusion Clinical managers should focus on the shortcomings of colleague solidarity of operating room nurses, and take effective measures to improve job satisfaction in operating room nurses.

摘要: 目的 探讨手术室护士间团结度对其工作满意度的影响。 方法 采用便利抽样法抽取温州市3所三级甲等医院的手术室护士268名进行问卷调查,了解手术室护士间团结度和工作满意度的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。 结果 手术室护士工作满意度总分为(56.0±14.0)分,手术室护士间团结度与其工作满意度呈正相关,回归分析显示,控制人口学变量之后,情感团结、学术团结共可以解释工作满意度的30.1%。 结论 临床管理者应根据手术室护士团结度中的不足之处,制订针对性的干预措施,增进手术室护士的工作满意度。
