摘要：

在前期转诊3例疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎（Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19）产妇分娩的新生儿基础上，参考相关文献，制订新生儿转诊流程，包括转诊前的准备和转诊具体实施2个部分。转诊前的准备，包括转运人员管理、转运机构的设置、绿色通道的建立等；转诊具体实施，包括转诊评估、转诊对象的分级、收治原则、转诊人员及物资准备、接诊、转出等7个方面。该文旨在保障疑似/确诊COVID-19产妇分娩的新生儿能够得到安全、有效、快速的救治，切断新型冠状病毒在新生儿转诊中的传播途径，保障新生儿及医护人员的生命健康。

Abstract:

This paper developed the transport process based on the previous transport 3 neonatals of who’s mother suspected of COVID-19 infection. It have two parts: the firtst part is the preparation before transport ;the second part is the specific implementation of transport. Among them, The preparation before transport includes the management of transfer personnel, the setting of transfer institutions, the establishment of green channels, etc; The specific implementation part of transport includes seven aspects: the transport evaluation, the classification of transport objects, admission principles,transport preparation, reception, transfer out, etc., which aims to ensure the safe, effective and rapid treatment of newborns with suspected / confirmed COVID-19 infection in childbirth, and cut off the The transmission way of COVID-19 in neonatal transport in order to ensure the life and health of newborn and medical staff.
