摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目的分析应用跨文化护理理论护理37例境外输入性新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的具体措施和成效。方法 2020年3月5日—14日,对兰州市定点医院收治入境的37例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者应用Leininger跨文化护理理论分析具有多元文化特点的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的护理问题,制订综合护理计划,尊重患者的信仰,经过精准的护理,确保满足患者住院期间的多方面的需求。结果应用跨文化护理理论满足37例患者的多元文化需求,治疗期间未发生配餐失误、祷告相关冲突及护理相关并发症,没有护理纠纷和投诉,在尊重患者宗教信仰的基础上,提高了患者配合治疗的依从性,提升了护理满意度。结论针对境外输入性不同文化背景新型冠状病毒肺炎患者,准确评估患者的需求,需注重提供多元的、基于文化需求的个性化的护理对患者康复具有重要作用。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the specific therapeutic methods and their effects of 37 imported cases with coronavirus disease 2019（COVID-19） based on the cross-cultural nursing theory. Methods The problems of 37 imported COVID-19 patients with multi-cultural features were analyzed and solved through precise nursing care based on Leininger cross culture theory from March 5th 2020 to March 14th 2020 in a designated hospital in Lanzhou. A comprehensive care plan was formulated based on the respect of patients from the cross-cultural perspective,in order to meet patient needs during hospitalization. Results Based on the model of Leininger cross culture theory,we can meet the multicultural needs of patients,and there is no catering errors,prayer related conflicts,nursing related complications,and nursing disputes and complaints. On the basis of respecting patients’ religious belief,the compliance of patients with treatment and the nursing satisfaction were improved. Conclusion For imported ethnic patients with COVID-19,it is crucial to provide multi-cultural,personalized nursing care based on their cultural needs.
